Gemma Collins has joyfully confirmed that she and fiancé Rami Hawash will welcome a baby and tie the knot in 2026.

The former TOWIE star, 44, who has been open about her long and emotional fertility battle, shared the news on Instagram as she raised what she called her “final glass of champagne” before stepping into motherhood while ringing in the New Year.

Gemma — who is stepmother to Rami’s seven-year-old son Tristan — looked radiant as the loved-up couple celebrated alongside friends including DJ Fat Tony at London hotspot The Ned.
Alongside a flurry of glamorous snaps, she wrote:
“The most fantastic NYE with our faves — it was the final drink of champagne as I have a wedding to plan!! Yes I’m getting married this year and YES I’m having a baby.”
She added that the evening was “out of this world”, praising the venue’s staff, entertainment and atmosphere, encouraging fans to book for next year.

Gemma and Rami became engaged in 2024 and she has been heartbreakingly candid about her journey to motherhood, previously revealing she has suffered several miscarriages and was once advised to terminate a pregnancy with an intersex baby.
After struggling to conceive naturally, the TV personality has also spoken about considering surrogacy, and has even thought about fostering — inspired by the fact her own mother was fostered as a child.

Medically, Gemma has shared that she has low AMH hormone levels, meaning her egg reserve is limited, and she also lives with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), which affects the ovaries.
When it comes to their big day, Gemma and businessman Rami have already spilled the beans that they plan to celebrate with not one, but three weddings — a main ceremony in the UK, a destination celebration abroad and a more intimate formal event for close family and friends.

In true GC fashion, that also means several wedding dresses are already on her wish list.
The star has endured three devastating miscarriages, including her first loss in 2012, which she bravely spoke about publicly in 2020. She revealed that she didn’t even realise she was pregnant at the time, heartbreakingly saying the baby “died in front of her” after she gave birth at home.

Gemma suffered a second pregnancy loss during the Covid pandemic in 2020, before enduring a third miscarriage just months later in July of that year, after falling pregnant with ex-boyfriend James Argent.
More recently, Gemma has opened up about her dramatic weight-loss journey, admitting she is now micro-dosing the drug Mounjaro after previously fearing the jab had caused her “agonising” health issues.
Speaking last month, she revealed she suffered a gallbladder attack in August after collapsing in pain, having dropped from a size 26 to a size 20 and losing 3½ stone.
She explained that she paused the injections before restarting at a lower dose of 2.5mg, saying she felt micro-dosing helped avoid harsh side effects.
Calling the transformation “life-changing”, Gemma said she hopes to lose six stone in total but is in no rush to shed the weight quickly, adding:
“I’m never going to look stick thin. I don’t want to. It’s about being healthier — and it’s all going in the right direction.”
