“Give me that book, Lily,” Victoria hissed, grabbing Lily’s arm with a desperate grip. “You have no idea what secrets are buried in those pages. If this gets out, it won’t just ruin me—it will destroy everyone you care about in this town.”
Lily looked down at the journal, then into the cold, ruthless eyes of her stepmother. The truth was finally within reach, but the price of revealing it was higher than she ever imagined…
