The Most Relaxing Yoga Flow | Spreading Legs And Yoga Flexibility With Mirror View
Hello everyone, My name is Mia, and today we’ll do a short yoga session to warm up our muscles and improve flexibility. If you want to discover my little secret, make sure to check the link in the video description. Let’s get started.
First exercise: Cat-Cow Pose. Start on all fours. Inhale as you arch your back down, lifting your chest, and exhale as you round your back, tucking your chin to your chest. This exercise relaxes your back, improves spinal flexibility, and relieves tension in your lower back. Move slowly and breathe deeply.
Second exercise: Circular Hip Movements. Lie on your back with your knees bent. Begin making circular movements with your hips, opening them to the sides. This exercise warms up the hip joints and stretches the inner thighs. If it feels easy, you can add gentle bouncing movements.
Third exercise: Leg Lifts on Your Side. Lie on your side, supporting yourself with your elbow. Lift your knee toward your head, then straighten your leg completely. This strengthens and stretches the inner and back thighs and opens up the hips. Repeat on both sides, moving slowly and carefully.
And that’s it! We’ve warmed up our muscles and improved our flexibility. I hope you enjoyed this session. Don’t forget to like, subscribe, and check out the community tab for updates on my new videos. Thank you for watching. See you soon! Bye-bye.
